Your apprenticeship at Martin
Are you looking for an apprenticeship with career opportunities? In a company that looks after and supports its apprentices? Do you want to get to know the entire company during your apprenticeship and become part of a great team? Then you are in the right place with us! At our site in Ludesch, we offer training in various trades.
Diversified work
To ensure that your apprenticeship with us offers the best for you and that you can develop your full potential, we have developed a stimulating apprenticeship concept.
We attach great importance to ensuring that your training is at the highest level. That’s why, for example, you can attend training courses, seminars and further training at any time.
It is also very important to us that our apprentices get to know the entire company and know what their colleagues do. Every apprentice can work in the other departments for a while and gain valuable knowledge. This also increases appreciation for the work of others.
In addition, we are a member of the “Apprentices in the Walgau” initiative, which offers our apprentices cross-company training.
